Plasco Tehran Building
Plasco was a 17-storey building located in the center of Tehran. This building collapsed during a fire on December 20, 2016. In September 2016, a design competition was held to design the new Plasco building as a permanent national monument. The project won second place in the competition and was selected by the jury and the employer for construction after passing several evaluations.
Zafar commercial-office building
Zafar office-commercial building is built on a land with an area of 382 square meters on 9 floors with the use of 4 floors, basement parking, 1 commercial floor and 4 office floors. Construction of the new building was completed in the spring of 1993. One of the important goals in the urban design of this building is the visual connection from inside to outside and vice versa with the city.
